      • Education:</strong>High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred</span></li>
      • Experience:</strong>Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred</span></li>
      • Skills:</strong>Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management</span></li>
      • Behaviors:</strong>Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible</span></li>
